Buena Vista Social Club represents Creative Endeavor Office’s first investment as a co-producer in a Broadway show. CREO partnered with Julie Boardman (Untitled Theatricals) as co-producers, and the production opened on Broadway on March 19th, 2025.

PURPLE RAIN represents another major theatrical investment for Creative Endeavor Office. CREO worked with a group of investors to support the production’s world premiere engagement at the State Theatre in Minneapolis, helping connect capital to one of the most anticipated new musical adaptations in development. Based on Prince’s legendary film and album, the production played its final performance in Minneapolis on November 23, 2025.
